We take your privacy very seriously. Anti-Joy and our affiliates collect and process some personal information about you. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is purposed to help you know what and how we gather, use, store, share and preserve your data while you visit our website/services. In this Privacy Policy, we'll refer to our website/services collectively as "Services" or "Service". We are Anti-Joy, a distribution & record company based in Denmark, located in Aarhus, 8000. You can contact us here. This Privacy Policy does not include third-party services or websites. By utilizing our Services, you acknowledge that you have understood the content of this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to our Privacy Policy, or if you're under the age of 18, please don't use our Services and terminate your account IMMEDIATELY.

We collect and store personal data about and from you when you

  • invite/invited someone to your team.
  • upload music using our Services.
  • make a payment through our Services and the payment methods.
  • withdraw your pending payments through our website and the payment method.
  • contact our support or directly using email or other contact options.
  • sign up to one or more of our newsletters.
  • visit Tund-Link's website.
  • create TuneLink smartlinks or artist websites.
  • create, share, and visit an affiliate url.

Data we collect, when you register

When you register an account with us, we'll ask for name, email address, password, address, postal code, and country. If you connect to our Services using credentials from a third party like Google, Facebook or Twitter, you automatically authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your email and access credentials. We may also collect other information, like your name, email address, age, profile picture, country, address, gender and date of birth. You can likewise optionally provide us with your Instagram and/or Twitter username.

Artist data and music uploading

When you upload music using our Services, some additional personal information will be provided by you. This could be:

  • Artist name(s).
  • Track/album titles.
  • Artwork file.
  • Audio files.
  • Name of the songwriter(s) and other contributors (if applicable).
  • Information about whether you're a label, manager, producer or artist, etc.
We also store information about how your music gets streamed on distribution platforms and/or services.

Usage While you interact with our Services, we gather information regarding how our Services are accessed and how they are being utilized. This information includes:
  • How you interact with our Services.
  • Content that you post; and
  • Technical data, which might include URL, IP address, cookie data, session, location, where you came from/how you found us, and device/network fingerprints you are using to use or access our Services.
Payments

When requesting withdrawals through our third-party payment provider(s), we might receive information such as personal name, identification number, address, VAT number and whether you are an individual or a business, from them. We only collect the information required to be able to make the withdrawal, to comply with our judicial (including, but not restricted to, tax) responsibilities and to prevent fraud of any kind. When you complete a payment through third-party providers, we may receive information containing your name and address from them. We only obtain required information to be able to process your payment(s), and comply with laws and third-party providers terms as well as provide you with our services.

Information collected from third parties

We may work with third parties sometimes and may collect information about you from them. If you choose to use features given to you by Anti-Joy that connects to your third party profiles, accounts or services, we may collect information when you approve. For example, if you pre-save an anti-joy.club release on Spotify/iTunes, we may receive data from Spotify and/or iTunes about your listening activity.

2. How we handle the information collected

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To personalize and improve your experience with our Services and any advertising made available on or outside the Services.
  • To administer your user account, to enable and provide the Services and, if applicable, provide integration with third parties.
  • To make sure the Service is working as supposed to and to develop new products, features, and services.
  • To chat with you, either directly or within one of our associates, for marketing and promotional prospects by emails, notifications, or other communications, subject to your approval.
  • To handle your payouts, payments and prevent or detect fraud.
  • Examine your usage of our Services and how you interact with our commercials to be capable of making smarter business/marketing determinations.
  • To promote the Services, either within or outside the Service.
  • To interact with you for Service-related or analysis purposes by emails, notifications, text messages, or additional forms of communicating with you, which you have consented to receive.
  • To strengthen our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and any additional terms that you have agreed upon utilizing our Services includes protecting the rights, assets, and/or security of Anti-Joy, its users, any other person, or the copyright-protected content of the Services.

3. For how long periods, do we store information?

The information we collect from you will be held for as long as:

  • You are registered to our Services or as long as you still use them.
  • It is a requirement for us to do so because of legal obligations
  • We have to process any payments remaining and/or owed to you by Anti-Joy
  • We need to, to detect fraud of our services, stream farming, and any other criminal activity

4. How we share information

We will never share and/or sell your data to third parties for their reasons. We only do this to provide you with the Services, as well as provide us with services.

Music services/partners

The information you provide to us when you register and upload music using our services will be used to perform and provide our Services, by delivering it to the music services, platforms, and associates. When presenting the music to the platforms, we provide them with:

  • Track/album titles
  • Artist name and/or full name
  • Artwork file
  • Audio file(s) & track version (if applicable)
  • ISRC (International Standard Recording Code). A unique code generated for all original tracks released.
  • UPC (Universal Product Code). A unique code generated to reference the release on a product level.
  • Contributor's name(s) (if supplied)

Withdrawals

When requesting to receive a withdrawal, we share your some information with our payout processor Trolley (formerly PaymentRails) such as your name, email, banking details etc., for them to be able to facilitate your withdrawal.

Marketing/advertising

We may share your data with advertisement associates to send you promotional information regarding Anti-Joy. If you have consented to receive newsletters from us, you can unsubscribe to these at any point of time, by clicking "unsubscribe" at the foot of our emails.

Service providers

We may sometimes share your data with service providers to prepare user data and further supporting our Services, consistent with the Privacy Policy. Where a third-party processes user data on our behalf (e.g., a hosting provider), it is directed to security and responsibilities with this Privacy Policy and law. Whereas a third-party processes user data on its own behalf, its processing is directed to its own Privacy Policy and regulation. In supplement to the above, we may additionally share your information with third parties for these confined purposes:

  • To allow a sale of all or a portion of our assets
  • To respond to legal obligations (e.g., a court order), if we believe in good faith that it's necessary to do so

We don't allow children below the age of 18 to register with our Services, and accordingly, we do not deliberately collect personal information from children below the age of 18. If you are below the age of 18, please do not give us any personal information. If you are a supervisor of a child below the age of 18 and have become informed or aware that your child has supplied personal information to us, please contact our Customer Support, and you may request to obtain any information stored and/or cancel the Service(s).

Your security is fundamental to us. We continuously do our best to keep administrative, technical and physical security standards in place to further protect your personal information from loss, abuse, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Since the Internet can't be totally secure, make sure you protect your password and email to prevent anyone from accessing your data.

7. Rights, contact & complaints

You are forever empowered to receive information on the data we have collected about you, free of charge. You also possess the right to demand to be erased and to get any incorrect personal data removed/corrected. If you do not desire to continue using our Services under the new version of the Privacy Policy, please delete your account.
